While recruitment season has ended for this year, you can stay in touch through our website and social media and see us in Fall 2023.

To clarify, Epsilon Eta does not have winter semester recruitment; we only recruit new members once a year in the fall. If you are interested in learning more about our general Recruitment process and schedule, please keep scrolling or contact us via email at communications@epsilonetaumich.org.

Recruitment Logistics (Fall 2022)

As we plan to have all of our events this year in person, we are following the status of the pandemic and will update our procedures as necessary. Currently, masks are optional but encouraged. We intend to adhere to CDC guidelines and will be sure to inform everyone what is expected of them safety-wise.

Fall 2022 Recruitment Schedule:

Festifall	Thursday September 1st, Session 1 (2:30 – 5PM) – DIAG Festifall is on the Diag!! Visit the EH table to learn more about our fraternity. We will be situated at the F22 Table near the center of the Diag. Don’t forget to grab an apple on the way out!
Diag Meet and Greet	Friday September 2nd, 3:30 – 7:30PM – DANA SIDE OF THE DIAG Stop by the Diag Meet & Greet, our very first recruitment event, to get your first introduction to Epsilon Eta members. Take this opportunity to relax from your classes for a little bit and meet some fellow environmentalists. Come throw a frisbee, slackline, and decorate plant pots with us!
Mass Interest Meetings Attendance strongly recommended	Tuesday September 6th, 6-7PM – INGALL’S MALL; Thursday September 8th, 6-7PM – INGALL’S MALL It is highly recommended that you attend at least one of the Mass Interest Meetings. This is a great opportunity to meet some current Epsilon Eta members and to learn more about Epsilon Eta and the recruitment process. Plan for the meeting to last an hour, but you can expect it to go for about 30 minutes.
Backyard Barbecue	Friday September 9th, 5:30-8:30 PM – NICHOLS ARBORETUM TABLES BY THE RIVER Come on out for Epsilon Eta’s fun, casual, and vegetarian-friendly take on a backyard barbecue! Chat with some Epsilon Eta members over a black bean burger. Show up to the BBQ whenever you can and stick around for as long as you’d like! Safety is of course our top priority for all of our recruitment events. We will keep this in mind when preparing, cooking, and serving food.
Dana Study Sesh	Sunday September 11th, 5:30-9PM – DANA COMMONS Busy with classes but still want to be involved? Visit us at Dana! This is the perfect time to come study with some Etas and have current members answer any questions you might have about applications.
